Warranty

Last updated: October 31, 2026

We stand behind the key blanks we sell and any cutting we do.

What we cover

  • Correct blank: if we send the wrong blank for the code or key you ordered, we replace it or refund it, including postage.
  • Cutting errors: if we cut a key wrong, we re-cut or replace it free, including postage. (This is the exception to “cut keys are final sale.”)
  • Defects: if a blank is faulty — cracked, badly formed or made of the wrong material — tell us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.

What we do not cover

  • Normal wear from use.
  • A key that will not work because the lock is worn, damaged or faulty.
  • A key cut from a code or worn original key you gave us that turned out to be wrong, when we cut it correctly to what you provided. We will still help you find the right one.
  • Damage from misuse, forcing or altering the key.

How to claim

Contact us at (365) 655-5697 or fobstoronto@gmail.com within 14 days. Tell us your order number and the problem, with a photo if you can. We arrange a replacement, re-cut or refund.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act and other laws. It does not replace them.
